Refund Policy

At Emerge IT Solutions, Our Policy is based on standardized practices that strictly follow industry norms. We take utmost care of each project as important and deliver the task with professionalism. However, despite every effort, if a client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go through the dispute resolution process, We hope to reach mutually acceptable refund terms. There is no full refund at all. Only within 15 business days of the project agreement/email confirmation is a partial refund granted. The amount will be solely based on the work completion done by the team.

Note:

The partial refunds will be processed and mailed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be brought about using the method of payment agreed upon at the beginning of the project. Our working days will be from Monday to Friday. Excluding Central Government Holidays.
